I love going into Trek stores and getting help with the kids bikes! Service is quick and handy; and the kids get to do a lap or two!

Bought my 11 yr old son a mountain bike for his birthday. Team was really helpful in sizing the bike for him. we ended up going with a size M instead of a S so he could grow into it and prevent the need to replace in a couple of years. The trek team chopped both the handlebars and seat post as well as lowering the handlebars so it fit him comfortably and safely. Really appreciated the service and my son is super happy with the bike. Highly recommend checking them out for your next bike.

Quality is the main thing, quality of the product, quality of the service, so when you have this in consideration and you look at the competitive prices you realize the bargain that is, I never had a bike Trek until June this year and I've never been happier than I am now

More than happy with servicing of my Trek e bike at Carnegie. Six month check, resolved minor problems and I found the staff courteous, efficient and unfailingly helpful. Will not hesitate to return for future servicing. One improvement would be for Trek to install a self opening entry door! 🙂 Joy Haysom

Carnegie shop took my son's bike in for its first free service. They did an excellent job in both service task and communication. They also replaced the kick stand as the rubber footer had fallen off not long after buying the bike. They provided a more suitable taller stand to. Thank you for that. Great service.
