The service is always on point and everybody is willing to help you. The store atmosphere is always good. Weather your talking to Tom, King or Alex they are all very knowledgeable and will go out of there way to assist you

Knowledgeable staff, great products, but showroom requires a little bit of a warmer feel. They ought to have some TV'S displaying tours & maybe some music in the background. When you walk in it is dead silent, not very welcoming, doesn't have an exciting feel about it

I really like the bike itself; it is running smoothly, and kids love it . The staff (Mr King) at Hopper's Crossing was amazing. He had all the patience to hear from us and explain the fine details of buying a kids' bike.
