I have had quite a few dealongs with the staff at Trek, Majura PLace, Canberra. In factTrek is were I bought my latest bike. Ther staff have always assisted me with great professionalism and courtesy. Both in person and when dealing with staff on the phone arranging mailed things like tyres, tubes etc. I highly recommend them. I am very pleased with my experiences there.

The geometry and sizing if the domanes has been key, along with your second to none customer service and warranty. I've had the Gen 3, 4:and now Gen 5. The Gen 5 fits like a glove out of the box. Light, fast and like riding on air. Well worth the wait. It really is the one bike to rule them all.

Exceptional Service from Cilla! I had an amazing experience at Trek Majura Park, Cilla was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed meeting her. ☺️ The team all looked after me and provided expert advice on my bike fitting for a new TREK Madone. Cilla goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. Her customer service is amazing, Thank you Cilla Debbie ☺️

I really appreciate the readiness of staff to accommodate our needs when it comes to scheduling services and the quality of their work. We are always given the option of choosing drop off and pick up times. Their work is excellent and it’s as if our bikes have been renewed when we get back on them.

I was struggling to get the tube out of the wheel of a TREK eBike after the valve failed. The young fellow who spotted me entering the shop door with the wheel was very helpful in replacing the tube.

Trek is a brand that I am a loyal customer of, but the best part was the customer service that I received from your shop. Maya was exceptionsla in providing all the advise and showing different options. She even did a quote for few options for customsied bikes. Great shop and exceptional customer service.
