Mine was a relatively quick in and out experience. I appreciated them having an in store inventory on their website, so I knew what I was looking for. Trying to surprise my wife left me a small window of time to purchase. David was pleasant to talk to and answered any questions I had. Overall a nice experience and I would definitely shop there again.

As a beginner road biker, I am not very knowledgeable about bikes and all of the accessories that will make my excursions more comfortable. Everyone at Trek was kind about answering my questions and helping me get a bike that fits me well.

David at the front counter did an excellent job with assisting me with purchasing a larger bike for my daughter. He worked with me to ensure that I was able to leave with the bike that we wanted, same day, as it was not assembled yet, but also to ensure that all our needs were met and that we left completely satisfied with our purchase. We will most definitely be return customers especially because of the customer care David provided us. Thank you David!

I like the fact that during covid I was able to find a bike that was suitable for me at Treks bicycle Newington. All of the other bicycle shops didn't have much to offer. Treks bicycle Newington is my go-to bicycle shop!
