Both Ben and Dan were great with my first complementary bike service. They were both easy to chat with when I asked questions. Ben provided professional servicing. Dan kindly helped me fit the bike in my car after the service.

I love the staff at your Philip, ACT location. Every visit feels like my relationship with the store staff is important to them. They ask how I've been, how my son is, how has my biking experience been, etc... They give good honest advice, but most importantly are always enthusiastic about biking in general. Their enthusiasm is what makes Trek (Philip) my go to brand and shop.

Absolutely awesome service. The guy who worked on my son’s bike was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he had the bike sorted within 24 hours. Fast, efficient and hassle-free. The price was very reasonable as well.Really happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Trek to anyone needing their bike looked after. Great service all round.

I don’t have a particular preference for Trek products but the service provided at the Trek store in Phillip (ACT) was exceptional. Duncan took the time to show me the options available without any pressure whatsoever. His knowledge of the products was thorough and he spent considerable time conducting a bike fit once my bike arrived in store. His good old fashioned approach to customer service is hard to come by and hard to beat. I actually had not set out to buy a bike that day but here I am riding a Trek (not my preferred brand) and recommending Duncan at Trek Phillip to my friends.
