Everything. At the time I was shopping for a Trek bike, I had just had major ankle surgery. I was concerned about the process while I was recovering, but I showed up, was greeted immediately by a very professional and kind man. I showed him what I wanted, he showed me the available alternatives and within minutes, I paid for a bike. I was told when it would arrive, I was told how long they would hold it for and what was being done, and how things could be adjusted. When I came to pick it up, he walked it to my car, gave me a demo. Showed me how to remove the wheel if required, and how it all worked. I was stoked! Easiest and most satisfying purchase I have ever made.

So devastated to hear Trek Rouse hill is closing. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff past and present. Eamon who has been there the entire time I have been a customer is fantastic, his knowledge and his customer service are top notch, Eamon I will miss not seeing you at other Trek store. Ali brilliant manager again his knowledge and customer service is of the highest standard. He listens and he is very patient. I have been in store when Ali has had to deal with an extremely RUDE customer and Ali handled it perfect, I must say I would have simply asked to customer to leave and never come back but Ali calmed the customer and got the job done. You always know your bike is in goods hands with Pete again knowledge and customer service at its best, thank you Pete. This store will be so missed by so many loyal customers, it’s such a shame you are not opening another store some where else locally.
