Very nice store. Always a very nice staff. This time in, I was in desperate need of a new bicycle carrier. Most importantly they had a nice selection and they were in stock assembled and ready to use. They showed me my options, I picked the one I liked, they showed me how to use it. I always try to stop in when I am visiting the area. Thank You

So appreciate friendly greeting when you come into store. Each person competent in repairing my bike (John)and getting new clips on recently purchased shoes in your store. When waiting for parts, very thankful that John Karrie kept me notified. Great to have Trek store in this area.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in choosing needed bicycle items. Thank you to John Marhoefer who installed bicycle mirrors for us during our last visit. I highly recommend this bicycle shop above any other in the Coeur d' Alene area.

More than products and services, your customer support was superb. On my first visit I was greeted by Owen. I told him I wanted a bike for an older person that would allow me to take my 9# dog with me. He was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. When I called later he answered more of my questions. The second time I came in Owen set me up to ride the bike I was interested in. He even came with me and answered questions I had while riding. I truly hope all your sales and service people are as kind and friendly as Owen. I'm happy to recommend TrekCDA for a bike.

Trek has an extensive line of bikes that covers a broad range of riders preferences & needs. There is no perfect bike for everyone, all are somewhat of a compromise depending on one’s wants and needs. The employees @ the store were very helpful in educating me so I could make the right choice for me. The store owners have had a presence in CDA for many years ( at a few locations ), so I’m hoping they will still be there for many more to come. That way I can look forward to them being there to answer all my questions bike related, and getting the friendly help & support I’ll need going forward with my awesome new Trek bike. Thanks guys !
