Dani went above and beyond! He assisted my 8y/o son and I find the bet fit for him with regard to all season riding and what the varied mountain bike options are along with key features and their relevance. We not only purchased due to our on going interactions that spanned over a few days as we shopped around Anchorage for the best options that will allow our son to bike to and from school all winter along with mountain biking all summer. We are incredibly grateful and continue to be impressed with the level of service and support that Trek has once again offer our family as I had previously purchased from Trek a few years prior. The staff is never condescending and really try’s to understand the needs of the buyer without over the top sales pushing and leads with expertise knowledge, kindness and just an over all excellent experience. 10/10! My experience went way beyond what was expected. I did a bike fitting with Andy. He was a book of knowledge. He taught me a lot about the process and what feels best for a long ride without making me feel bad for not knowing. I left the store after pre-ordering a new Domane. I look forward to it coming in and having someone help me set it up.

Staff is knowledgeable, the absolute best in Alaska. They tuned up my bike to be even better than the day I bought it, and got me back on the trails. If you’re in the market for a new bike, or refreshing an old reliable, the people at Anchorage Trek are the people to see!
