You sell good products, your customer service is great. You don't rip people off, you gave me lots of deals, etc. I can't think of much bad to say.
I got a special handlebar raise. You fitted my bike to me when I got it but I didn't like the aggressive fit. You gave me a hybrid bike stem, which had trouble cause it was adjustable. You then gave me a massive road bike stem that's the same height as the hybrid. When my first hybrid stem broke, you gave me a new one for free, which I was grateful for but that one broke as well. That was when you gave me the tall road bike stem. You gave me a deal for $73 instead of $215, which was the regular price. Thanks again.
If I were you, I'd warn larger riders with hybrid stems, especially if they use them on road bikes to tighten them every so often so the teeth don't break and if possible. I'd give them tall road bike stems instead of hybrid stems whenever possible.
Don't get me wrong. You're great and you handled my unusual situation about the handlebar very well. I'm giving you advice so you can go from great to better.
You also didn't charge me labour for broken spokes, flat tires, etc. in the past.
Fantastic experience at Trek Mississauga. I am incredibly pleased with how professional and prompt the service is here. They don't just fix your bike; they genuinely think about you as a customer and make sure you're getting exactly what you need. On top of that, their charging is very fair with no hidden surprises. Five stars all the way!
Thanks Martin and the staff for keeping my beloved bike in top shape and letting me enjoy what I like to do the most.

100percebt refered to a friend to visit Trek Mississauga.
Came in with a probably all-too-familiar story. During lockdown, bought a bike on Amazon after reading reviews in third-party sources. Received the bike and knew I had been sold a poor-quality product. Found it impossible to do a ride around my street before the tires deflated. I tried to make do rather than deal with dismantling and returning the bike, but ended up just leaving it in storage. A couple of days ago ended up digging it back out to get it looked over to see if something could be done to salvage this bad purchase.
I found Trek online and brought my bike in; I am so glad I did. They were sympathetic to my issues, and I was able to have their mechanic take a look right away. They did a quick inspection and found nothing outright defective, though they did help with adjusting the seat height, fixed a stuck brake (probably my fault when trying to figure out what the issue was years ago), explained some of the bad design that was causing me so much trouble, and made some recommendations to fix some of the issues I was having. Five minutes of work and they had me sorted.
They had a big sale going on, so I ended up getting a new seat and handlebar grips to deal with the discomfort of the poor-quality ones on the bike, which they fitted for me in another five minutes.
After that, the Cashier talked with me for nearly an hour, helping me pick out potential alternative bikes for my needs and budget if I could not make this previous one work. Gave me maintenance care tips and then helped me pick out a new helmet (my old one was from 2005).
I at no point felt pressured into making any purchases, and I felt the staff were very knowledgeable. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend coming here for casual and hobby biking needs.
