A simple description, and figured they would tell me when they would get to it, but Kevin said, "let's take a quick look." Turns out it was a simple clean the chain chore, which he checked out, gave me some advice and I was on my way. No charge, although I did buy the chain cleaner he uses on his own bike. I don't own a Trek, but this is definitely a great resource for any brand of bike.

First time coming in to get my bike pretty much overhauled after owning it for almost 27 years. Kevin helped us out and he was great! Really friendly and educated me on everything that needed to be done to get the bike up speed. Highly recommend Trek Bikes and service.

very personable service, fast and easy to talk to. I have found some bike repair shops around Auburn very hard to comunicate with and sort of snooty honestly but this one was very different i appreciate that!
