The staff member who helped us was very friendly and encouraged my daughter to try the bike. He were also very patient in helping us choose the right helmet. We had a wonderful shopping experience, and my daughter was very happy too!

Trek bikes and Bontrager products are some of the best out there. The staff at trek Aurora are extremely knowledgable and helpful. They don't talk down to you as if you know nothing about bicycles and they agreed to explaining things. Keep up the good work everybody
