I have the lifetime flat program and got a screw in the front tire. The tech cleaned, then taped the inside of the tire, then installed a new tube. The service was quick, efficient and well done.

The Trek store in Boynton has the best service and best mechanics. There are also many bikes to choose from which is why I always take my business here. Love my Trek FX hybrid! My road bike was adjusted to fit me better after a car accident and now I can ride again. Also bought some really cool gear while there. Shout out to Christian for knowing exactly what I needed to get back on the road!!! Awesome.store and great customer service.

He did an excellent job of going a few steps beyond the ordinary to try to find parts for my bike and got me together for an older bike that other people didn’t want touch. Was having a problem with one of the tires on my bike. About 4 years ago I had a flat and was convinced that I could buy a lifetime tire warranty for a very small amount of money. I did so and didn’t think any the ing more about it. Had another problem with a tire and brought the bike in. Mentioned that I thought I had a tire contract and they looked up my name and found that I did. Treks replaced the tire at no charge to me at all
