What I like best are the people that work there. They actually know what they're talking about. I had a question about bike locks and the guy in the store broke everything down for me with great detail. I went to a different store and asked about bike locks and the employee from the bike department didn't know anything about any of the locks. The difference was apparent. For my bike needs I'm only going to go to Trek of CLT.
