Mike was very helpful but not pushy. The bike we ordered came in less than a week after I ordered it, and they took the time to make sure my husband knew how to use it. They were also very kind to my 2 year old, and he rated the toys 10/10.

I was looking for a E Bike and I had a Trek bike before so I stopped in and was greeted promptly and the employee was very friendly and informative. I brought the townee last year and have been quite satisfied, took it in for the yearly check up and they did a wonderful and efficient job. I will continue to use Trek Bikes in Cranberry for all things concerning bikes

This review comes a little late but i wanted to be certain that i sent my endorsement of the great team at Trek in Cranberry Township. I wanted to specifically mention Anthony for his excellent advice and customer service. The entire team is excellent, and they always treat you with respect even if your questions may seem trivial. I did want to also thank the team member ( i forgot their name) but they should be mentioned for their above and beyond treatment. My wife needed an additional battery on her new e-bike to provide power for longer rides. This was a new request and not at all a standard problem. They were able to provide the extra battery and rigged it in a perfect fashion and she is up and going for any length of time she wants now. It was a game changer. I have visited many other bike stores where I would not have received the courteous attention given at Trek. thank you, Trek. (purchased the Trek Rail 5 plus E- mountain bike and Electra cruiser- both have exceeded our expectations) Dr Scott A. Nesbitt

My Dual Sport 2 has been a great bike. When it needed repairs this week I took it the Trek store in Cranberry, Pennsylvania where I purchase it a few years ago. Skip was great at determining what was wrong and had it ready for me to pick up early the next day as promised.

They do a great job and are typically pretty fast with repairs. The only negative about the location is that they tend to be a little short-staffed (isn’t everyone these days though). It’s always a crapshoot as to whether I’ll be in and out or have to wait in line for 15+ min for someone to help me.

I’ve always had a great experience at this bike shop. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is always high-quality and timely. Even though most of the bikes that I own are not trek, this shop clearly welcomes all! I’ve found my guys!
