The staff member who helped us was super helpful and enthusiastic! You can tell that he really enjoys cycling and shared his knowledge - I’m new to the sport. I was able to test different frame sizes out to see which was the most comfortable. He discussed the differences between the models and didn’t pressure me into buying and gave us plenty of time to make a solid decision. This Trek store was the third bike shop that I’ve been to and was by far the best service I’ve received. Luckily, they even had the bike that I wanted in stock so I was able to leave with the bike that same day. The gentleman also showed me how to take the front wheel off to easily put it in my car and helped us load it. I’m so glad we stopped in! 10/10

I bring my bike there for service. It's not even a trek brand of bike although I do have an electric bike that is a trek. The bike I service there is an obea. You always get the bike in quickly and are very transparent about the cost of repairs and they are always done professionally.
