The customer service is very good. My daughter liked the color options available. My daughter liked the option of the different gear switching mechanisms and chose the twist one- which was more user-friendly in our opinion. We were able to take time and ride the different bikes which was super helpful to choose what felt/fit best.

Years ago (2023?) while waiting once I saw one of the owners go above and beyond trying to help a guy get his dui bike rolling again so he could make it to work. This was clearly a no money, no win, just being good people situation. He got him moving and even refunded the shop cost. You all didn’t have to help him but you did anyway. That event stuck with me and basically you all are my only LBS. My bikes and the maintenance have been great too!

It’s always comfortable going to the store, I’ve never had a bad experience with sales or service! I actually appreciate the knowledge and explanation on how I can do maintenance myself (though I’m mechanically inclined). Service prices are extremely affordable and I go out of my way to make the trip there. Even saw Brandon (owner) on his hands and knees trying on storage bags for another picky customer as I was picking up my bike from being serviced.
