Great Manager and technical team. I had a FX+ 1S fail and brought it in for warranty service. The team set proper expectations, then over delivered and had my bike fixed much sooner. The absolute best bike shop on the Gulf Coast! I cannot say enough good things about the products and service here, but what truly sets this shop apart is the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to Anthony Bowden—he completely transforms what could be a boring wait into a great experience. During those long teardowns and rebuilds, Anthony goes above and beyond, doing his absolute best to keep you company, share his expertise, and make you feel right at home. It’s rare to find that level of genuine customer care. Between the top-tier Trek gear and a team that treats you like family, I won’t go anywhere else!

Robbie and team are amazing! Robbie had a couple of great recommendations to improve my ride and gave my bike a tuneup. I got by bike back I went for a 15 miles ride. If I didn't know better, I would have sworn it was a brand-new bike. Thank you!
