Service was great........... The Trek bike pump i bought not a big fan. It's not as smoooth and easy to use as my old Bontager pump. Maybe because it has both valve stem adapters on it ?

Great service and fair prices! Took my bike in for a tune up and decided to purchase a new bike. The owner was fair in his trade in price even though the market was in his favor - very please with the outcome and professionalism from all the staff there. Communications were very clear on what the process would look like to evaluate my frame and talk with Trek. Costs were communicated up front once process was settled on. Staff were extremely knowledge and also friendly, so I had no worries leaving my bike there or about the work they’d complete.

This is the only store I trust to work on my bike. I have been coming for years and have always been treated fairly and timely. The staff and owner both love to share their bike knowledge and experiences to encourage people to bike. Regardless if it’s an e-bike or not, it’s biking outdoors. A bad day on the bike is always better than a good day in the office…..though I will admit my bad days on a bike despite rain, wind and cold are very very limited. Try biking in a downpour with no wind at 75 degrees……you hear nothing but the rain and the rain cools you off.
