Consistently great customer and technical services. Helpful, knowledgeable staff who do not try to up-sell/charge you. I brought my bike in for a flat tire right before they closed, and it was ready first thing the next AM. I didn't miss a day of riding!

Wide variety of bikes for all ages and excellent service. Went there for a bike for my grandson. Maya made him feel comfortable and he was able to sit on multiple bikes until he made his choice. Just learning how to ride on 2 wheels can be very intimidating but choosing a bike 2 sizes bigger than what you are used too makes it that much more difficult. They took the time to really work with him until he made his choice. Then he had fun accessorizing it! They took it in the back where he could watch as made sure everything was installed properly and it was in tip top running order. He now has an amazing Trex bike that he’s just getting used to! Thanks 7Mile!!
