Best shopping experience I have ever had. I went in with 1000 questions and they were all answered so well that I left with a bike that day. I had no intention of buying a bike for another month or so but it just felt right. I will recommend this to all of my friends and try to get them into the hobby.

I have an Allstate Warranty for my ebike to cover the cost of repairs. My ebike was having power issues and although the warranty company would cover the cost for repairs, it has a complicated process to obtain reimbursement. Fortunately, Jeff was very understanding and accommodating with ensuring that all the documents had all of the information that Allstate requires for approving reimbursement. On top of that, Jeff also ensured that the needed repairs were completed perfectly. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Jeff at Al's Bicycle.

Your staff are very helpful and nice. Al’s on MacArthur was the 4th bike shop I went to 6 years ago to buy my kids first bike and it was the first one where it seemed like someone actually wanted to help me. So now I go to Al’s first when I need something and the staff at the Edmond location are reliably helpful.

Had a bike stolen that was recovered by the police but had a bit of damage. Took it to Al's who fixed it up for much less than I was expecting but I had lost my job and had other finances to attend to. I called and asked if they could hold it for me for a couple of weeks while I got another job. They held on to it for me for what wound up being about six weeks. I was very appreciative and Al's always goes above and beyond. If you live in Edmond always go to Al's for a great variety of bikes, expert repairs and exceptional customer service.
