110% best support! That’s most important when you buy any POS! We have been with Ascend since the first day we opened, 15years ago. I have never had a reason to look at any other systems.

Everything works well and if there is a problem support is always great. I would like to see a function added that would allow the ability to add a % for CC transactions.

Simple system. Works great for our business. Not loving the cloud... when the internet goes down we cannot function in any capacity... Otherwise great and the customer support is stellar
