Overall it was a great experience with staff and service. From the moment I walked in everyone was very helpful and accommodating even with the holiday rush of black Friday weekend. They made my purchase and transaction very easy and assembled bike within a matter of couple hours. Would recommend Bicycle World of Austin to anyone wanting a bike.
