I brought my bike in that had issues with a break cable and I also wanted the chain checked. The gentleman that helped me was outstanding. I didn't catch his name but he said we was one of the newest folks on the team. This was on 9/9 at around 12:30 pm. He fixed my cable on the spot and gave the chain a quick check as well and we're up and riding again. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I'll definitely recommend Big Dave to friends and will come back as well.
