Informative and knowledge team. I have never owned a trek bike over the years and they have still serviced my bike, helped with products and given tons of advice. Because of them my next bike will be a Trek. Eternally grateful for Chris and Jennifer, I can not thank them enough. I am new to the area and not only did they help me with keeping my bike tuned but they also helped me with discovering new trails and routes to ride.

I took my Cannondale Synapse in to Trek Newport News last week on Thursday to haver my Tires and Tubes switched out. I had consulted Jennifer and Chris about Tires and TPU Tubes both Jennifer and Chris were very knowledgeable and provided stellar service. They were able to complete my job on the same day.

I brought in a tire for repair. The sales person was very competent and consciencious about finding the cause of the leak in order to mitigate future issues. He scanned the tire for any damage or compromise then replaced the tube. Took just a few minutes and I was on my way.

The staff at the Newport News location are very knowledgeable. They have been extremely kind and helpful. I am a very novice cyclist and just ride for fun but I feel I am treated with same importance as their seasoned cyclists.
