Great service. Professional and friendly. Best place to purchase and service bikes in Delaware.. Bike service/repair is also fantastic. I take the drive up from Dover and bypass all local shops.

I had a pretty simple request this time. I just needed sealer for my rims. The salesperson greeted me, asked what I was looking for, told me where to locate it and also gave his personal preference which I took. In and out in under 5 minutes. Pretty good job but also what I expected. I don't think I've ever had a negative experience there.

Bike Line has a great selection of all types of bikes and supplies! And their customer service is second to none!! Bike was delivered exactly on time and ready to go, and the technician (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and explained everything! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Jeff was great. He went above and beyond, staying past closing to get us a bike and helping us get it back to my daughter's school. Very happy with bike.
