Walked in to look at a bike and found one that I liked with NO pressure from the staff to talk me into buying a bike, but instead talk through my goals and usage to find the right choice for me, and then be pointed in a better direction for my needs with a thorough explanation as to why this was the better choice - all the while never feeling pressured to buy from the gentleman that assisted. Very valuable and informative explanations with good insight into what will work best for each customer while not feeling like a room full of sharks looking to sell their next used car! 10/10 team and experience.

I have a problem with your portable pump unit. I have purchased the item when it first came out last year. I took the item to the store in the Brooksville Spring Hill area on Hwy. 50 hoping that the Unit would be covered. The store provided me with a new Unit and Warranty that I was very happy about. I will recommend this store to other bike enthusiast. Thank You
