The staff were on point with customer service, willing to help answer questions and assist , but also allowed to browse the store without hovering. It was our first time in the store and it was a great space. Would highly recommend checking them out or having them become your go to cycle shop.

Jim was great to work with! Really delivered on the fix for both of my e-bikes. My only regret is not having come to Blue Ridge Cyclery sooner!
