It’s great that you have inventory of clothing, all sizes in stock, accessories, and biking supplies. I know it’s hard to do this in today’s world competing with online shopping. It’s nice to be able to go to a physical location, look around and support a local bike shop. And of course, the staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

I have been a customer with Boone Bike & Touring for over 20 years, with purchases made for road bikes, gravel bikes and mountain bikes. The owners and staff are exceptional. Always willing to discuss my questions and address needs. They provide excellent customer service. Their shop is always clean, professionally arranged and welcoming.

I came in with a broke bike and upset at the situation. The young man at the front desk was knowledgeable and efficient. The most important part was he did not treat this senior citizen as someone who didn't know their head from a hole in the ground. This attitude is most appreciated. The repair was done promptly and at a reasonable price. Bought a bike from here 6 years ago....and felt the same way then!!
