I moved to TC 2 years ago and every time I walk in for service, someone is super-helpful and talking me through the situation. I was here for just 1 week, when I needed help with my son's rear shifter. It had gotten bent the day before Bike week at camp. Brick wheels told me to come in (mid-summer...peak season I'm sure), and they changed it on the spot. He was riding the next day. This week, I had some questions about a rear derailleur jumping. Kip was super helpful, stopped what he was doing and showed me how to adjust the cable tension. Your service people are consistently top-notch. I want to spend my money at Brick Wheels because of this consistency.

I have been a loyal customer of Brick Wheels from the beginning when it was located on 14th Street and have been happy with everything I have ever purchased and rented as well as the service. Recently, the service department rebuilt the back wheel on my cherished mountain bike. It developed a flat too quickly. I brought it back, the service guys immediately took it apart, found the problem and fixed it. I very much appreciate that kind of integrity and care. I have recommended Brick Wheels to countless friends and siblings over the years.

I have purchased 3 Trek bikes here. The folks are easy to work with and always helpful! They get my bikes fixed up quick and I get lots of tips from them about my bike. Great place to shop for a bike!
