I brought my bike into Campus Cycles yesterday because of my bike's chain/gear 'freezing up'. The technician was quickly able to diagnose the issue by replacing the chain and lubricating the gear wheel to solve the problem. It took about a half hour without any appointment on a Sunday afternoon. I very appreciated the ability to get this taken care so easily and at a very reasonable cost! Thank you.
