It is a good thing when the bike shop crew knows your name. They do a great job keeping me rolling down the trail. They have been great in supporting my bike adventures (RAGBRAI, shipping my bike by plane and multiday bikepacking trip) and giving me confidence to try something new.

The service is excellent it really is. I have purchased several bicycles from them and s*** happens to me and my bicycles and Chris and the guys always get them fixed back up.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Capps. They treat me like a customer yet like a bike family member. I don't always know what things are called, however I have never been treated like I didn't know. My recent visit, I purchased a beautiful Trek Marlin 5. I ride 5 miles to work every Monday and Wednesday morning, and totally love the ride. Shifting to 5 and 6 seems rough, so I'll bring in for a checkup when I'm in town again. Look forward to the awesome visit.

I was looking for a specific bike bag that was no longer in production. Capps went above and beyond in customer service by taking the time to figure out which piece I needed, locate it in there back stock, and ship it to me in Wichita so I could surprise my husband with a replacement! They were courteous, fast, and knew their product. Thank you for making my biker happy.
