The knowledge, friendliness of the staff and the time spent with the customer goes a long way. They make sure the fit of the bike is right for you and will make any adjustments needed. I had a wonderful experience with Competitive Gear. Steven gave me a quote to repair my current bicycle and together we decided that a new bike would best suit my needs, My bike had to be ordered, but it arrived in less than a week. When I went to pick it up, Steven carefully made adjustments to fit my body and after I did the test drive he made a few more adjustments. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality bike.
