Everyone is very nice and helpful. Needed yearly checkup and cleaning for older, no bells and whistles, mountain bike. Also needed brakes that another shop said were no longer available. Country Pedaler had the brakes in stock and I was to keep my bike instead of getting a new one. Also replaced the brake line very quickly for knee scooter I needed for upcoming surgery. Top rate folks and service!

Alex the owner was very helpful with getting a bike I had ready for an airline check in. I also bought a helmet there and he was knowledgeable with sizing it for me. He had a large selection of bikes and will definitely be back to purchase a bike for a grandchild of mine. Very clean store and extremely attentive staff.

The ability to get your bike serviced by the people that sold it to you. Country Pedaler being an authorized dealer for Aventon made the purchase of the bike simple and getting repair parts easier than dealing through emails with the manufacturer. They bailed me out after a mishap destroyed my rear wheel, fortunately they had one in stock and had me back up and running in no time.

I had a great experience at the CP. My 5 year old Specialized needed many things fixed and adjusted. Alex, Zach, Niko and Franco all contributed to make it a painless experience. My bike is as it was when I bought it several years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were very fair on the labor/parts and the turnaround time was way shorter than I have experienced at other shops. Thanks!

This is a family owned business, with people who care about everything they do for their customers. I'm a very active mt. bike rider and enjoy the trails around the local area. I have been going here for 11 years and always appreciate them helping me to stay on the trails. This is a great group of people.
