Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for some help with my son’s bike and they were able to find some spare parts in the back and just quickly fix it for me. Easy to talk to and learn from. Thanks everyone today for the help!

Always so FRIENDLY and helpful! Your staff goes above and beyond to help! They have adjusted my brakes a few times without charge and were FANTASTIC about getting my bike in for brake adjustment before I went on vacation! I tell everyone about your service! You have made a customer (actually TWO- including my wife!) for life!

The products and my bikes I bought were the best investment I made. All the years I have been a client they have and continue to do what I need in a friendly timely manner. For us there is no other bike store. My bikes get a complete check yearly and then I feel safe and know my bike is ready for the season. Thank you for always being there when I have any problems with gear clothes etc. A cheery friendly knowledgeable business in the heart of St. Albert

The staff was excellent! I was having a horrible time trying to fix the chain on my bike. Came in to the shop late in the day and the team got me all fixed up and riding that night! Great service - I will be back.

I needed new brake pads for my e-bike and I went in one Friday and made the appointment for the following Friday. I showed up right at opening time and you were able to accommodate me right away. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I’m a handy guy but I didn’t quite know how to do a pad replacement. He showed me all the steps and I will probably be able to do my own in the future. (I did tell him this, and he was ok with it haha. Sorry)). If I have any other needs I’ll definitely be bringing them to you guys though, as you were very helpful to me.
