The tuneup on my Cannondale road tandem was done well and promptly. Staff were courteous and friendly. In addition, Bontrager parts that I ordered were available quickly and available in the store within a week.

The young man who assisted me was very helpful and explained in detail what he would recommend in repairs. Both bikes were completed within days and both ride great. In addition, two other men assisted in getting each bike in my car. It was recommended that I take them individually so as not to damage the repairs. Great service!!!
