There was an excellent supply of bikes and accessories. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, asking questions about how I would be using the bike and offering suggestions as to what would best fit my needs. The bike that I wanted was not on site but they had it brought in within an hour or so for me. They set it up to fit me, suggested a couple of useful accessories without up selling me.

Brent and his staff were very kind, generous and helpful. Brent very generously gifted me a road bike for my next triathlon. I am apart of team Phoenix and he is very supportive of our group of women who have had some type of cancer that have trained for a triathlon. I am forever grateful.

Brent was extremely helpful fitting my daughter's adaptive bike to her. He took time to teach her how to use the controls and took time to teach us how to maintain her new bike.

Emerys has excellent customer service. No matter who I work with, they always take the time to listen and meet my needs as a shopper.As someone who doesn’t know a lot about bikes, I am not overwhelmed and always am able to ask questions.
