I’m impressed with the level of professionalism their staff have shown. A few weeks ago we were in the middle of a week long bike trip in Iowa when I experienced a vacation ending problem with my bike. I contacted Gateway for advice and they provided me with a solution. Our bike riding vacation ended up being a success because the fantastic team at Gateway Cycle.

The staff at Gateway Cycle are very knowledgeable about the bikes/e-bikes they sell and service. They give you great advice on how to care for your equipment to extend its life. When I was having trouble with a wheel alignment while riding on the trail recently, I brought the bike in and they made some quick adjustments while I waited.

Very fast and honest service. Brought the bike in for the free yearly tune up being I purchased from them. Needed some parts which I assumed it would with the amount I ride the bike. Just got back from my 1st ride after the tune up and it rode better than it has in a long time. Guess when you ride it a lot you just never notice the little things until you get a tune up.

Always friendly and over the top service. This is my my 4th bike purchase from Gateway. My first was a used Townie. I liked it so much I wanted a townie E bike. I brought it in for my free tune up and leveled up to the new townie e bike. I also bought my grandson a trek for Christmas last year. Always great people to work with
