This was my first visit to the cyclery. The reason for stopping in was because their website showed they had the Trek Verve low step through bike in two frame sizes in stock. Mike was very helpful making sure which frame size was the most comfortable for me and answering my questions while the service techs made final adjustments that I requested. I ended up leaving with a new bike.. Great visit! I'm excited about all the riding I'll be able to enjoy now that I have a bike easy to mount with my hip and knee replacements. Steve Meyer

I was out riding and got a nail in my front tire. Fortunately, I was close to Halls and rode there for assistance. Someone immediately greeted me and took a look at my front tire. I had run over a large nail that punctured my tube and damaged my tire. I was able to purchase 2 new tires and a tube.i was out the door and resumed riding in 29 minutes! This bike shops customer service is 2nd to none! I highly recommend Halls!!
