I have been a satisfied customer of Harley’s for over fifty years. I have purchased many bicycles from them. In fact, I have never purchased a bicycle anywhere else. Harley’s feels like family. The service and attention to my bicycle needs makes me feel confident. I feel they care and know how to equip me to make my cycling safe and enjoyable. They listen to my requests and work to provide that service. Cycling has kept me healthy and strong. I am now 76 and ordering my second Domane from them. They will ensure that I keep cycling well into my 80’s. Thank you, Harley’s!

The communication is outstanding. There is a real effort to get things done as quickly as possible. I found the entire shop to be very inviting and easy to work with. They went out of their way to solve my problem by contacting Trek themselves.
