Good service on the assembly, it was very well done. However, the bicycle tires need to be inflated more—I noticed it when my son brought the bike home; as soon as he sat on it, the tire went flat right away.

Excellent service- if they can’t help you they refer you to who can. The older gentleman was the most helpful in both purchasing tube I needed & referrals for replacement spokes for antique bike.

The team at Jax Bicycle Center in Irvine was fantastic. Nate was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was properly sized for my new road bike. I really appreciate the time and attention the entire team provided. I’ll definitely be stopping by over the next few months to learn more about the bike and explore additional accessories. Dave was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easygoing. When I was looking for a bicycle, his knowledgeable recommendations and patient guidance made the whole process incredibly smooth. He didn't just help with the bike; he also took the time to recommend all the essential gear and accessories I needed, without being pushy at all.Furthermore, all the other staff members in the shop were also super friendly, warm, and helpful. This is truly an amazing shop with an outstanding team.
