I love coming in at this location in Bellower. Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. He was able to assist me in changing the correct size and style of the bike shoes I needed. He's very patient with me. Great customer service!

The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and listened to us. Not just about our flat tires but about helping us to get our ‘lifetime flat tire repair’ sorted out. I wish I had asked his name. He was great.

Amazing!! first time in the store, I broke a part on my bike so I brought it in. Thomas went above and beyond to help me. I’m new to cycling so he taught me how to change a tire, and patch a hole. He spent a lot of time with my mom and I, making sure we knew the basics of cycling. 10/10 recommendation

Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with repairs I needed for two of our bikes that were pretty worn down. He took the time to break down cost and inspection notes for me and the bikes were ready for pickup super quickly within a couple of days. I ended up having to bring one of them back in for an unexpected issue and Paul fixed it on the spot without charging me anything. I really appreciate the top tier service and attention to detail at Jax’s and will definitely be back for any future needs!

Brought my 10 to 15 year-old townie bike and they completely overhauled it. It’s just like new and I’m out enjoying ridding again. It’s not cheap ! you get what you pay for. High quality mechanic rebuild.
