I was initially frustrated with my service as my brake bleed highlighted a different brake issue that could not be immediately fixed (required part wasn’t available). When I found the part elsewhere, Ryan had his staff squeeze the installation job into the end-of-the-day window and finish the work before my 4-day bike trip that left the following morning. I left very appreciative that the service team took care of my needs (despite my poor planning).
