Very helpful/pleasant staff. 10/10 would recommend.
I didn't ask the name of the young man that helped me. (Very rude of me) Despite my rudeness, he was very helpful and informative.
I bought a new-to-me used bike that was in great shape. He switched out my bike seat for me. Removed my bag rack from my old bike at my request.
My daughter and I went riding that same day. The bike worked great and felt like new. The brakes and gears worked perfectly.
I truly believe him when he said the gentleman who worked on the bike spent way too much time on it.
I came in with a flat tire on my Trek e-bike. They took my bike right in the service area, fixed the tire then did a few small services on the bike, including greasing the chain. They did this all in less than 20 minutes for $28 which I thought was a very good price. This is my first service there and it won't be my last. I highly recommend them!
The guys at Marty’s in Randolph are always ready to help when I have a problem with my bike. If it can be fixed quickly, they will address it right away.
Tim did an excellent job doing his job. He is a very committed and knowledgeable employee. I would have mistaken him for the owner if he was a little older.
The recent experience at Marty's was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They repaired and tuned up my wife's bike and a couple of days at a reasonable cost.
As my wife and I are get back into cycling, Marty's will be our go to place for all things cycling!
I had a bike fitting session with Jonathan. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The session took two hours because he was very thorough and addressed each of my concerns.
