I recently upgraded my Triathlon bike at Mead’s. The experience with Amie and Bryce exceeded my expectations. Both were very professional and knowledgeable! The bike meets my exact needs!

Greatly appreciate the help. Impressive store also.

They really worked hard to get me the bike that I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I appreciated how the Mead Bake staff explained what they did.

Great tune up on my e-bike. Rides like a dream.

I only had a simple repair. But it was done quickly and at a great price.

Went in on a Saturday morning for a small repair and fully expected that I would need to leave it and pick it up later. The person that waited on me, Addie is the name on the receipt, didn’t hesitate and took the item to the back and fixed it. No messing around or trying to sell something I didn’t need, just really great service, exceeding expectations for sure. Other businesses should strive for this kind of service.

Tech was very good at explaining things to my grandson. He was very knowledgeable and had the bike fixed in a timely manner (cause the grandson uses it to go back & forth to school and work weather permitting). Also liked that they sent me an email letting me know when bike was ready. And an email of my receipt with the things they did to repair it.

Meads helped me tune up my ebike for another few thousand miles. I appreciate their expertise.

Awesome staff, great selection. Thanks!

Friendly service and great advice!

The staff spent a lot of time with going over the bike and explaining how it functioned to a first time buyer of a road bike.

The products are great quality. Service is knowledgeable and friendly.

I purchased a Trek Verve 1 from Mead’s Bike Shop several years ago, and it served me incredibly well for more than 20,000 miles. That bicycle carried me across Missouri on the Katy Trail, from Washington, D.C., to Pittsburgh on the C&O Canal Towpath and Great Allegheny Passage, and around the Bitterroot 300—including the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes, Route of the Hiawatha, and Milwaukee Road. I also rode it on the Paul Bunyan Trail, the Tucson Loop, the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail, and countless trails throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Recently, I discovered a crack in the frame. Considering the bicycle’s age and mileage, I assumed it had simply reached the end of its life. When I took my other bicycle to Mead’s to have a spoke replaced, I happened to mention the cracked Trek frame. They informed me that Trek frames carry a lifetime warranty and encouraged me to bring the bicycle in. Mead’s handled the entire warranty claim and worked directly with Trek. Trek ultimately offered to replace the bicycle, and I used the replacement credit to upgrade to a Trek Verve 2. I’m extremely grateful that the staff at Mead’s told me about the warranty and took care of everything. They also repaired my backup bicycle, and the entire experience turned out wonderfully. Their knowledge, honesty, and customer service saved me from unnecessarily purchasing another bicycle on my own. I highly recommend Mead’s for all your bicycle needs!

large selection of bikes

Fair prices for exceptional work and attention to detail. Communication on labor and needs is amazing. Turn around time is fast and my bike rides phenomenally after tune up. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new bike. Once you buy a Trek you will wonder why it took you so long to make the switch. The quality is beyond amazing and the care that Meads takes in maintaining your investment is top notch. They are the best shop in the area.

Very polite and helpful, quick service good pricing
