It's early days but I found helpful knowledgeable enthusiastic staff. I also think I got a good deal on exactly what I wanted. If you want a mountain bike try Nevis.

Put bike in for a service. A thorough examination was carried out to determine how much work was needed and given an approximate quote. During the service I was kept updated of what was required and what parts had to be replaced. Great customer service. After the service had been done my bike is on great condition and ready for the winter.
