From internet inquiries from their website to in store, very responsive and knowledgeable about the product. All my questions were answered, was given a complete equipment overview and instructions before venturing off in a test ride. I would highly recommend Norms.

I have called to ask questions in the past and found they were quite rude- so when I realized they were the local store that carried the bike rack I wanted, I was concerned. But, I had a pleasant experience where they were friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in. They even took the time to demonstrate how the rack works. So overall not the impression I had from previous phone calls.

Very personalized service. I spoke with John Byrne almost every time I called and he was clear and concise about what I needed. My brother and I first began using Norm’s back in the 1970’s when we started skiing. After living in San Francisco for over 40 years I picked them to box and ship a bicycle to me. The experience was great. I will definitely recommend Norms Ski and Bike Shop.
