I was really impressed with how fast it was done I thought it would be a few days it was done in a few hours, they had all the parts I needed especially because my bike is an E bike with a flat tire and they serviced everything that needed replacing as well, if you prefer shops like cycle life over Bike depot make sure you support real Bike shops like Northern cycle, definitely will be recommending them and going back if my Bike has any future issues

Mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. I used to be a regular customer at Cycle Life, who sadly aren’t around anymore. I tried several other area bike shops before finding Northern, a shop with great staff and interesting products. Looking forward to coming by again.

The score is mainly because of the customer service we received from Colin . As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and offered assistance right away. He was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products, especially when it came to helping us choose a bike for my son , who is just transitioning from training wheels to a big bike. what really stood out to us was that he took the time to let my hubby and son to try the bike in/outside before we made the purchase. This made us feel much more comfortable and confident about our decision. we truly appreciated his patience, helpful advise and willingness to go the extra mile. thank you

I have been a loyal customer since 2005!! Northern Cycle has always been accessible and available for any of my biking needs, requirements and repairs. They were also very helpful during the pandemic, when many options were limited and restricted.
