The best thing about North Rim is they are very knowledgeable about bikes, trails and accessories! They are easy to talk to and are very helpful giving the best advice on bikes or other products you might need or use for a comfortable ride! Their store is very well stocked with the latest products and most of their employees have already tried or used their equipment or bikes to give you the best advice and feedback on what might help you!! Rob has put on some awesome rides in our area which are fun for all level of riders! They have been around a long time and it is our go to bike shop! We highly recommend North Rim bike shop!!

Knowledgeable staff about Mountain Biking! I have purchased 3 mountain bikes from them and will continue to buy there. Refer everyone to them. I also get my bikes serviced there.

Very competent (know how to work on high-end bikes properly), and never get condescension you get from so many bike shops. I came in with a (small) but last-minute ask; instead of a lecture on how I need to book 5 weeks in advance they politely let me know more time is ideal (I was visiting from out of town and noticed issue last minute before ride so didn't really have a choice) and they found a time for me to get it addressed. It is why I go out of my way to go to North Rim when I am in town.

Friendly, efficient service on my wife's Terra Trike. The work was completed a day before I was told it would be done. Everything she wanted done was done.

I’ve used Northrim for my biking needs for years. I’ve purchased a couple of bikes from them over the years and both bikes are still used. The staff is always welcoming, professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for your cycling needs.
