Chuck was awesome to work with! He fixed my son’s Merlin and offered us the best customer service. It is very unusual to get that kind of five star treatment anywhere. He explained everything to me and treated me like family. I’ll definitely be back and will happily refer anyone to you.

Back in July, I was helped by a young, tall brown skinned, patient man on a Sunday afternoon. I was in need of the correct spin shoes as I'd recently started attending spin class regularly. He was friendly, informative and extremely patient with me. I purchased the top brand, and he kindly adjusted the bottoms for me to ride that Tuesday. Max, at the Devine Street shop, helped me. That's an UNDERSTATEMENT! Max went above and beyond to make sure that I could put the trainer together when I got home and that I understood how it worked. I have been doing business with this business for years, and I highly recommend them. THEY CARE!!! (That's also an understatement!)
