Your team has always been super nice to me over the years. I used to have a cheap road bike and they often made little tweaks or repairs for free back in the day. I always told myself when I get a new bike and I can afford it, I’d come to Palo Alto Bicycles. Keep up the good service!

The repair service, and in particular the repair person - was more than excellent. I brought in a 15 (yes FIFTEEN year old) Specialized mountain bike. Multiple things not working. PA Bicycle team was completely objective about what needed to be done, why, what fixes would be more durable vs short lived, in comparing fixes vs replacement of parts. Got back the bike ahead of schedule, tuned, tested, and fun to ride again.

Christian did an amazingly thorough and detailed job overseeing the fixing, adjusting and tuning up of my bike. In addition, he polished my bike up so she looked brand new, shiny and proud. I am very grateful for the him and the integrity of his work!
